Return Policy

DHS POWER Corp. has a return policy that we believe is fair to our customers and the company. All items are returnable, except those items made to order.

Prior notification must be made to DHS POWER Corp. prior to obtaining a return authorization.

All items must have a return authorization within 30 days to receive a refund of up to 75% of the sale value.

Returns may be rejected if a copy of our invoice is not presented.

All items must be new, fit for resale.

Return transportation and handling charges (customs duties or port charges for foreign customers where applicable) will be prepaid to DHS POWER Corp.

Large quantity orders of certain items may be rejected for return.

Warranty Policy

Our products are sold under the terms of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, which will be provided upon request. Transportation costs to a service center, applicable customs fees, as well as mileage and travel costs are not included in any of these manufacturer’s warranties and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

DHS POWER Corp. shall in no event be liable for any other loss claimed by the buyer, including loss from failure of the product to operate for any period of time and any other consequential damage, including damage to personal property due to added negligence. .

DHS POWER Corp. will not be obligated to make any repairs by accident or use of articles and machinery beyond their rated rated capacities.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY. THESE ARE LIMITED TO THE SUPPLY OF MATERIAL AND / OR LABOR.
